We’re proud to recognize the incredible journey and impact of Spencer Kelly, Vice President at Enviro-Stewards Inc.

Spencer has been with Enviro-Stewards since 2014, joining as an intern after studying mechanical engineering at University of Waterloo. He was drawn to Enviro-Steward’s unique approach of focusing on reducing industrial resource waste at the source through root cause analysis, as well as our capacity-building work in South Sudan.

Over the past 12 years, Spencer has grown into a key leader within Enviro-Stewards. He has worked with some of Canada’s largest food processors, supporting efficiency improvements, decarbonization planning and long-term sustainability strategies. His experience includes contributing to decarbonization initiatives at Unilever, supporting Maple Leaf Foods on its journey to becoming carbon neutral, and working with Maple Lodge Farms for nearly eight years…(to be expanded upon)

His impact is clearly reflected in the feedback we receive from both partners and clients:

Working with Spencer on decarbonization initiatives across several of our manufacturing facilities has been exceptional. He is consistently thoughtful, highly attentive to detail, and creative in his approach – bringing practical, data-driven solutions that accelerate emissions reduction without disrupting operations. He goes above and beyond, and the impact of his work is evident in the tangible progress we’ve made toward our decarbonization goals. His responsiveness, follow-through, and ability to anticipate needs make him a truly valuable partner.
