The U.S Food Waste Pact has published a case study summarizing the results of the ground beef whole chain waste prevention pilot study, for which Enviro-Stewards was the project research lead.
The case study provides an executive summary, an introduction to the project, a more detailed explanation of the project scope, the results of the project, and next steps for implemented solutions to reducing ground beef waste.
