Enviro-Stewards recently had the honour of presenting the GFTC’s most prestigious award, recognition for Corporate Social Responsibility – overall recognition in all three sustainability categories (environmental, economic and social) – to Petra Cooper, president of Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Co. The gala celebrated leadership in sustainability in the Canadian food & beverage industry.
