On April 4, 2009, Mr. Taylor provided a keynote address on reducing waste and making money in wineries Reducing Waste and Making Money: A Concise & Practical Approach to Economic, Environmental and Social Sustainability in Wineries.
Mr. Taylor has helped many leading North American wineries (Constellation, Diamond Estates, Stratus, Andrew Peller, etc.) to efficiently reduce their resource consumption and waste generation with rapid returns on investment. He was also retained by Environment Canada to develop and deliver a Cleaner Production/Pollution Prevention training manual and workshop for wineries. This workshop was offered in Ontario (attendees accounted for 95% of Ontario’s production), Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, British Columbia, Atlanta and Argentina.
